Pros

Flexibility to work remotely during emergencies, generally positive colleague interactions, and a good work-life balance.

Cons

-Operations is driven by office politics with very limited growth opportunities. Coordination with offshore teams is poor, making day-to-day work difficult. Leadership, from the team lead to director level - shows minimal involvement and does not prioritize employee needs. -The BHR function adds no real value and shows little concern for employees. Confidentiality around employee issues is not maintained. There are no clear HR policies, and most concerns are deflected with a generic response to “talk to your manager.” -Training is ineffective, with outdated content that adds little value. Two weeks are essentially wasted with no practical benefit. -Compensation is below market, with aggressive cost-cutting impacting even high-revenue teams. Even basic onboarding support is missing; new joiners are not provided with a joining kit, citing budget constraints. In short Strada says it is culturally great, and it is just their dream.
