Cab services Good Office atmosphere (depends on team manager) Work life balance

Cons

Internal promotions may happen once in a year that too solely based on your interview performance. If you are a growth oriented person, please go elsewhere. Annually hike and bonuse amounts are too low.

Good colleagues Good teamwork Good atmosphere in general

Cons

There is no room for not going along. More time is spend on activism, than the business. The employer tries to keep teams as small as possible, at the expense of employee health. Benefits are paid out in points exchangable for gift cards.
