Pros

Quality company with great employees. Progressive, and forward thinking. I was the first, full-time remote worker, and I am lucky to have been give that opportunity.

Cons

I can not attest to any other position, but for me it was being silo'ed. This isn't so much a knock against the management, but my own, personal willingness to talk directly with the client.
