      -1 day in office/4 days at home flexible work arrangement - YES! -Autonomy to do my job without helicopter management. -Very pleasant office atmosphere with genuinely good coworkers. -Transparent, down-to-earth leadership. -Many opportunities to speak with my manager and team lead. -Enough time to train in the beginning. -Understanding manager - I don't feel like a number. -Nice gestures from time to time (employer-provided treats or pizza in the office)

      -Open desks- not a big issue since I only come into the office once a week.
