Straight North is a place that is focused on growth, and that is evident not only in terms of clients and adapting to the industry, but in personnel as well. The company gets better each year by bringing on bright people with great personalities. Leadership does a great job of establishing structure and helping managers and their reportees understand where everything is that they need to succeed. Employees are encouraged to bring ideas to the table and that has resulted in a fun and collaborative environment, featuring a diverse collection of talent both local and remote. Overall, a wonderful place to work!

I'm humbly proud to say I've been here for 17 years, but I haven't dedicated that time for no reason. This is truly a great place to work! The people are wonderful, everyone is so smart in their area of expertise, willing to share their knowledge, and just all around good, kind folks. If you're self motivated and a hard worker, you'll go far here. Management truly values good, honest, hard work, and rewards it by opening new doors, different opportunities, and career advancement. When I started I was entry level, and have been so lucky to have worked my way up. The work/life balance is great too – which is always so appreciated with the demands of modern life.
