This company has great leadership that knows how to encourage, how to direct, and when to hand over the reigns. Not to mention the friendly people on the teams I worked with, as well as the modern, bright offices. In addition to the pleasant environment and relations, Straight North spares no expense in providing great hardware for its employees. Oh and did I mention the working schedule? Work-life balance is the motto at Straight North with a generous hybrid work schedule and flex hours. I really had a great experience at this company and highly recommend them.

Cons

The benefits were a bit underwhelming, but not a deal-breaker.
