My team has very talented, highly skilled and experienced individuals. We work together well toward a common goal. I feel that I am respected and my work is appreciated.

Cons

I would prefer to have sick days that are separate from PTO days. People who are ill (with bad colds, for example) come in sick rather than use their PTO and pass their illnesses around.
