Pros
Its been more than 2 years working with this organization and found following things appealing: 1) Open door policy with management: Management appreciates open communication and is very friendly and cool. 2) Fortune 50 clients - awesome projects, diverse learning opportunities for upgrading skill stack. 3) Salary on time and as competitive as per market standards. 4) Fun events, free cab, free meals, learning reimbursements ( top technology certifications, online courses) HR team is hardworking and goes extra mile to make life easier. I have worked across big tech giants before but the flexibility, liberty to implement ideas have never been so encouraging. They dis not layoff a single one performing employee during covid.
Cons
Its growing and thus some processes were earlier outdated but now they have upgraded everything to standard industry practice. The new revamped stratacent experience is just at par with the biggies in tech :)
