If an individual's goals are clear from a long term perspective, Stratacent's management gives every employee an equal opportunity to build their career on a proposed path and provides mentorship wherever required. You can grow from an individual contributor to team lead to a client engagement manager for instance if you choose to.

Not one comes to mind.

Cons

1). They profit greatly from your hard work, while you are paid below market rate 2). They allow their clients to demand you work per 40 hours without getting paid for over 40 hours. 3). Zero career path...just use, abuse and then drop you when they are done.
