Pros

pay is decent however you never see a raise. They give you a company vehicle, phone and credit card. Insurance is good however very high deductible

Cons

Company operates in the dark. They make decisions on the fly week to week. Seniority means nothing, job is always at risk. Poor management at the very top. Have to many managers or employees in the office that either just don't care or do not know how to do their job.

Pros

Since the merger, there are no pro's. You work hard, and collect a paycheck with very little incentive. If you love being micromanaged, working holidays, and staying in dirty, nasty hotels, and you do not like having a work-life balance, then I suppose those are "Pro's" to be considered.

Cons

Micromanaging, minimum 50 hours a week, working holidays and weekends, horrible hotel choices with hardly any per diem and absolutely no work life balance. They will take advantage of you, expect you to be a top performer while waving bonus incentives over your head yet one day randomly terminate you and not pay out the bonus you rightfully earned. They will micromanage, falsely accuse you of stuff and offer no coaching or Personal Improvement Plans, but instead terminate without cause. Management is dishonest and there is no trust between uppers and lowers. They treat their reps as expendable commodities to be discarded.
