Pros

Take home truck. Company provided cell phone. Company credit card for expenses.

Cons

Micromanaged. Lacks communication. No commissions. Incentives are based on someone else view point of your job. Not a uniformed system. Routing is terrible. Upper management is out of touch. Company has high turn over. Territory is unbalanced. Divisions of company are divided.

Our Route Service Reps are not Sales reps and therefore we do not offer commissions. We have worked to improve and blend routes over the last several months as we agree, there was room for improvement. As we strive to merge our divisions to one cohesive company, we also value the roots of where each division came from so we are taking a gentle approach in order to hold on to the integrity of those companies. We thank you for your review. At SRP, we strive and will continue to be as transparent as possible within obvious boundaries. Indeed, we have grown our service team significantly which creates a large payroll expenditure, but we are proud of the magnificent fleet we have established.

Nightmare organization and dysfunctional culture

The only pro i can think of, is maybe the check and set schedule.

Cons

Management seems to have no clue what to do with all thier product. Pallets overflowing with merchandise and disorganized bays of items. Inventory is all over the place and boxes are stacked sky high. If that wasn't bad enough the culture is awful, taking in temps who are ex convicts, no screening at all. Pedophiles and other criminals roaming the warehouse isles. There is no oportunity at this company, managment may tell you there is, but expect to break your back for nothing. You will not move up. Worse still is the animosity that managment has towards each other and thier workers. Constant gossip and unproductive talk. Crude jokes at female workers expense and drugs being exchanged during company hours. Do not work here, nightmare company.
