Our Route Reps are actually called "Route Service Reps" (not Route Sales Reps) so it seems as though there is some misunderstanding on how much selling is involved.       fast growth Lots of overtime no other pros

      Cons

      Company has overbooked itself with projects No plan to keep up with growth Serious issues involving HR are swept under the rug Very poor management They will not pay the staff or leadership market value All pay raises are denied

      Pros

      Great growth potential and I love upper management. They seem to really care about the growth of their employees! This company is growing and expanding all the time to be a leader in the market!

      Cons

      There are some areas that aren't totally defined yet, but that just means that there is flexibility in my position which I appreciate.
