Used to be a good company
Pros
Low pay, excessive hours. Really there is not a pro for this company any longer.
Cons
Pay is way below industry standards. You have to work 50-60 hours to make a decent wage. Micromanage is the new theme with the company. Uses on board camera to look for reasons to terminate staff when it was supposed to be put in for protection. Now the ASM’s have to call the RSR and give verbal/ written warnings because the app used to monitor driving has been set to notify on the simplest of things. New CEO has done nothing but create havoc. Doesn’t even bother to introduce himself to the little people. The ones who make the company run. Bonus system was “improved” but no thought was put into it. So many Reps beat their numbers the previous year that paying out the bonuses in the structure they presented would have bankrupted the company.
