Pros

Supervisor at the time was great. Cared about us honing our skills in the company.

Cons

Terrible place to work now, 80% of management is fake. HR and management tries to hide how much of a hostile work environment it is and how they are the cause of a lot of the work place bullying. If you speak up you receive repercussions. If you flirt with the two women supervisors that's the only way to keep out of trouble and not have a heavy work load. They would rather buy the two women supervisors in the office Cheesecake Factory rather than make sure all the employees have supplies. Found out someone brought a weapon inside the warehouse and took it out during work over a tape dispenser.

Pros

There are none They are out of there minds. There is nothing good to say NO PROS AT ALL NONE

Cons

60-70 hours a week is the norm. Some reps have 7-8 calls a day and the avg time in store is 2 hours, and if you don’t finish goodbye weekends as you need to finish.A rep had a funeral out of town and had to miss 2 days of work and the first thing asked was when do you plan to make the calls. No sick day at all-you are sick no Pay Holidays there are some but you still have to make up day-So really no holiday Forget if you get hurt they will tell you that you need to tough it out Never worked for such uncaring people in my life.

Pros

Independence. I'm basically a one- man team. Company provided vehicle, maintenance, and fuel.

Cons

Managers are really pressing micro-managing. Overnights away from home that only gets compensated with $27. Bonuses keep getting cut with no increase in other compensation. Increased demands with no increase in compensation. Much of our bonus is now sales-driven, even though we have very little control over sales now.
