Pros

I can not think of one

Cons

I’m currently employed with this company, and I’m putting in my two weeks notice today. Poor management. The company has no real sense of direction. They do not promote, there’s no way to move up in the company. Management only cares about route completion. I had death in the family and requested to take off to attend the funeral. I was told, I could take off only if I agree to work an extra day to finish the route. Also, the company doesn’t care about your safety. My second week on the job. I went to service a 7/11 I went inside the store asked to speak with the manager. I introduce myself, explain to the manager the company I work for, what I’m there to do, and gave him my manager‘s business card. Remind you, I’m in uniform with company van in plain view. As I’m servicing the store. The manger/owner call the police stating that I was stealing. When the cops arrive they put there guns in my face, made me get on the ground. I was so afraid.I thought I was going to die. One officer noticed my work van and saw the company name on my shirt and asked was I worker. I reply yes, and the officers asked me to get up, they apologize and asked me what happen. After all of this,my company never apologize for my experience , they continued to send me to that store( in which I refused to go into) from that experience.
