Pros

At first they are friendly and warm, they promise the moon and tell you you are 100% part of a team.

Cons

Pay is a joke, they claim you get an hourly salary in which you get paid an hourly wage with supposed 50 hours guarantee. This is compleye nonsense. First, they can guarantee you will work 20 hours much less more. This also means that you will count on making x amount per month but it all depends on your route, you may only have 2 or 3 stops in a day and that might only be 2 hours worked....they HATE to pay overtime. In my book, no of this adds up to "salary"no mater how you look at it. They also will completely ignore you, your ewuipment breaks and nobody cares so you sit at home till its fixed. You have to work out of a self storage garage and order products and hope they arrive in a timely matter or that they are delivered at all.

Pros

This is an excellent company to work for, very flexible and everyone loves what they do! The VP of Sales Tom is one of the best managers and motivators I have ever been around. I worked in management but we all stayed at the same hotels, had the same per diem. Loved that everyone was treated fairly. Darren is a great guy as well.

Cons

Recently merged with another company and they are cheap!! Not sure what the effects will be down the road but if PUGS stays with their values it won't matter.

Pros

Quality products and programs for the retailers. Free swag is good, too. Very good salesmen. Selfish, but good. If you are into 4DX and 7 Habits, it is OK.

Cons

They will sell you on how 'fun' it is to work there. I was still waiting for that 'fun' to happen up until my last day. Ultimate Cronyism. Everyone (Sales Team, Ops, etc) has been there for years and will not give up their pet projects for the betterment of the company. Because of "Flat" organization, owner has no backbone to tell Leaders that change their ways and accept it. Everyone on the Sales and Ops team love to point fingers at each other and not be held accountable for their role. Never worked with a more selfish bunch of individuals.
