Pros

The only pro i can think of, is maybe the check and set schedule.

Cons

Management seems to have no clue what to do with all thier product. Pallets overflowing with merchandise and disorganized bays of items. Inventory is all over the place and boxes are stacked sky high. If that wasn't bad enough the culture is awful, taking in temps who are ex convicts, no screening at all. Pedophiles and other criminals roaming the warehouse isles. There is no oportunity at this company, managment may tell you there is, but expect to break your back for nothing. You will not move up. Worse still is the animosity that managment has towards each other and thier workers. Constant gossip and unproductive talk. Crude jokes at female workers expense and drugs being exchanged during company hours. Do not work here, nightmare company.

Pros

sometimes you can get your route down to 4 days-- but every time you get faster with your route they add on more stores trying to keep your route at 46 hrs per week. ..forget having a real life if you accept this job.

Cons

4 NIGHTS A WEEK STAYING AT HOTELS, SOME ROUTES MAY BE 3 NIGHTS A WEEK. Give up your social life, pay is only $14.45 per hour then possible , as much as 6 hours a week overtime...incentives at the end of the year up to $5k...mornings begin really early by 5 am or 6 am.

Pros

The first 4 years were fun with area to grow and make money based on your efforts. Base plus commission was great. I was rewarded well under the Mountain View Marketing company / Pugs later renamed.

Cons

Merge with Solaray changed the family feel to a corporate feel where we soon were more like a number and less like a member of a big family working together. The company has very high turn over in the route service position. More and more was expected of us and we had less control over our day to day service. 3 years after coming together with Solaray and the Aurora group, I finally had enough. Less pay, more expectations, and a hyper focus on audits was enough for a sales minded person to handle.
