Pros

Decent benefits, but a bit pricey if you need to add your family

Cons

When I was hired, my out of town travel was supposed to be 40%. It turned into 100%. We were required to stay in gross hotels, were MICRO-MANAGED beyond belief! Were not given any incentives. If we wanted to make a decent check, we had to work overtime. Always complaining and adding extra duties to our jobs. They were constantly changing procedures. The office staff are idiots and told us how to do our jobs (i.e. how long we were supposed to spend at each stop), which were almost impossible to do. The route schedulers should come work a day with us to see how much time is actually spent because of things beyond our control.

Thank you for your review and we're glad you've been able to enjoy some of the perks of working at SRP Companies. We understand that when changing from one rep to another, there may be some clean up work to do as transitions don't always afford a completely clean slate. Our goal is to set our reps up for success though and management is always available to chat about any obstacles you may be facing. We can always be reached at feedback@srpcompanies.com.

Pros

There are none They are out of there minds. There is nothing good to say NO PROS AT ALL NONE

Cons

60-70 hours a week is the norm. Some reps have 7-8 calls a day and the avg time in store is 2 hours, and if you don’t finish goodbye weekends as you need to finish.A rep had a funeral out of town and had to miss 2 days of work and the first thing asked was when do you plan to make the calls. No sick day at all-you are sick no Pay Holidays there are some but you still have to make up day-So really no holiday Forget if you get hurt they will tell you that you need to tough it out Never worked for such uncaring people in my life.
