      Nothing good to say here. After a couple of weeks, you will start looking for another job. 2 weeks is enough to make a decision

      Regarding 5 stars and reviews, HR will ask you to leave good reviews about the company as soon as you land the job.

      Pros

      1. Trust between management and coworkers 2. HR asks for feedback and actually listens 3. Kind and helpful coworkers 4. Work that makes a difference in the lives of others 5. Opportunities for growth 6. The company frequently recognizes hard work and achievements of employees 7. The CEO is very down to earth and a kind person, which sets the tone for leadership in the company

      Cons

      1. In the beginning, it can be tough to learn some of the systems since you are on your own. I wouldn't recommend SSG to somebody who has never worked remotely and isn't a self-starter. There won't be any hand holding. 2. Salary could be a bit higher for the workload
