People generaly nice and welcoming.

Cons

No is not allowed, you are not allowed to say no to any work load. Overtime hours are mandatory, and we are not talking about few hours here and there. You will work here minimum 10 to 15 hours per day. USA team is throwing workload non stop at europe teams while not hiring any support. USA team who is large will put the same work load of whole team is US to 1-2 people. It is burn out hub. Very low salarys for expectations leadership has on employees.
