Pros

- People culture - Strives for balance *light fridays* - teams always have different bonding efforts, even through this pandemic

Cons

- typical start-up things (a bit unstructured) - need organization of internal resources

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this review. Really appreciate your advice around delivering a more consistent approach to manager training when promoting people. We do have manager training, but we don't always connect that program directly to the promotion cycle. Great suggestion and will chat with the L&D team about it. Thank you!
