Regarding your comments about the director preferring young and social individuals, we want to clarify that we do not show favouritism based on age or social habits. Instead, we strive to create an environment where young, ambitious individuals can thrive and achieve success. This includes offering flexibility for employees to leave early and socialize if they wish to celebrate their achievements.
