StreetLight is a mission driven company, that truly strives to create a great analytics product to empower smarter transportation. The company takes culture seriously - you will find everyone to be passionate about their work, and highly collaborative. We have unlimited fascinating puzzles to solve. And the company is amazingly transparent about everything from how the business is run, why certain projects are made a priority. If you are looking for a job in greentech or govtech, this place is a gem.

Cons

Our company values cost efficiency, which means if you are looking only for fluffy perks and free lunches, you may look elsewhere.

Pros

Excellent co-workers, very competent, people professional and easy to work with, excellent management. I did not like VP of engineering, but he's good at what he does. They're a start-up, so their long-term future is uncertain.

Cons

They're all workaholics. 60-hour weeks are typical, and they did not tell me that going in. I'm not willing to work 60, I was not able to keep up with the workload, so they terminated me, but they did so very professionally, so I have no hard feelings on that front. They're perfectionists, even small mistakes will get you a reprimand.
