Pros

Pay is ok while you are trying to establish your self as a health care provider. Hours are great as well.

Cons

Membership services make customer aggravated. Often have to replace flexologist. Not much growth from a salary perspective.

Pros

Other than the luxury of working in a newer studio with AC, I have no pros to share.

Cons

Not sure where to start. I can speak countless of times where I have communicated my feelings of negativity being pushed down from leadership, and nothing has been done. The environment is filled with nothing but negativity, pointing the finger, lack of resources and knowledge, lack of operational systems, saturated area for leads and revenue growth, and no structure with leadership and the teams/studios. There are no career growth opportunities either. Not to mention the inability to staff properly due to lack of revenue for positions. Extending from that, expectations and pressure to perform is an all time high where job insecurity is forced among employees, creating a stressful and negative work/life environment where you are constantly fearing for your job. It’s also very obviously that if certain people in leadership have an assumption about you, they will do all they can to intimidate you and continue to call you out without coaching opportunities. Not to mention, the onboarding is inexistent. You are thrown in and expected to perform. You watch a couple of videos and that’s it. Nothing but empty positions that they refuse to open up and fill due to lack of funds. So bad to where employees started asking if the studios were to shut down. No benefits other than health insurance (expensive by the way). No PTO system, holiday clarity of schedule, no reward for performance, very little bonus incentives and paid out commission. Also, you are challenged with dried up leads and paying tremendous amounts of marketing dollars where there is little to no return of. Very upsetting experience and time here, especially since I have nothing but passion for this field of work, just for that passion to be tarnished by the individuals in charge under the owner. I am not even sure if the owner understands how poorly the ship is being steered.
