Very physical and hard on the bidy

Variable pay and stagnant wages, we make a base pay for being there plus and additional flex rate per hours of stretching clients. Overall pay is dependent on how busy your schedule is. It's very difficult to predict your paychecks, which makes budgeting difficult. Raises happen, but not often. No commission bonuses.

No raises though you are constantly asked to do more.

Stretching can get tiring at times

There are many cons being the management/ownership. The pay is very low and they push you to sell memberships that lock people in indefinitely.

No benefits, short training period- set up for failure, poor management, hostile work environment

Franchises have different rules, our franchise only paid flexes when they were actively stretching someone and if you get a no show you have to write down what you did to “contribute to the company” during that time, some weird practices on corporate/admin side of things

Pay is very low. Commission is 12% however new prospect sales are unpredictable

Shady practices, depends on the owner
