Pros

Not many come to mind.

Cons

Only got opportunities if you were the boss’s friend. They would short notice lay off contractors. Retention was low due to lack of training. The pay isn’t a livable wage.

Great co-workers, decent benefits, could be great if not constantly trying to push more kids in go make more money.

Cons

No work/life balance, upper level management has unrealistic expectations for staff. Overtime is expected but not compensated. No training for managers, upper management makes snide remarks toward others during meetings.
