      It's fine. Vibes are meh, not a cool place to work but it's stable.

      Pros

      - design team is full of genuinely smart and kind people - nice salary and lifestyle perks

      Cons

      - no consistency, a million re-orgs and a lot of attrition. this makes career development extremely difficult. - subpar middle management - no clear paths to explore management - poor work/life balance - politics are strong and favouritism is definitely a thing here. showcasing your work and doing a ton of presentations gets you farther than actually good work.

      Pros

      Most Stripes are kind, hardworking and incredibly smart.

      Cons

      The underlying culture and structure is toxic and creates a working environment where everyone is looking over their shoulder, top performers fear they aren't doing enough, which has led to burn out (impacting physical and mental health) and middle/underperformers are not given adequate feedback and coaching to deliver at their highest potential. Work life balance for some is reasonable, but for most is non existent.
