The compensation was that best thing. It being a 24/7 store there were plenty of hours to go around I worked 35+ hours a week for the 6 months I worked there.

Cons

I received disciplinary actions against me for not being able to work beyond my best potential; The store's bathrooms and trash cans were always extremely filthy no matter how often you cleaned them out;

It was a good pace job with many objectives to be viewed daily, weekly & monthly, Really enjoyed the daily interaction with store personnel and visiting with our customers.
