      Great flexible hours, good pay for the job and good benefits for middle management . Lots of opportunity to move up and company is in several states so you can move

      A lot of politics and stupid policies . They do not take employees feedback about how to better the company

      Pros

      Free drinks, friendly employees, flexible hours and willing to work with problems I've been having.

      Cons

      Not enough people on schedule, unrealistic expectations in a very short amount of time, training wasn't in depth, the customers (in my area) are horrible.

      Free refills while you are working and sometimes free tacos. Most of the people are friendly,

      Cons

      While most are friendly most are lazy, They keep cutting and cutting hours and raising the prices but are not longer giving raises, My boss keeps promising me to become a General Manager even put me in as acting manager, but wont give title or raise, Hard to move up unless you are Hispanic male. Customers get mad at you when its not even your fault. If someone calls in the expect you to stay no matter what. You can tell its not family owned anymore.
