      The job itself was great and the team I worked with was awesome

      Cons

      Culture is horrible. Unrealistic expectations. They treat their AMs horribly. I moved from an assistant manager, to a general manager, then to an Area Manager. I would not recommend this company to anyone. There is no leadership. It’s a dictatorship truly.

      Depending who your GM is he/she may not work with your schedule when it comes to going to school. If you’re wanting to getting promoted you need to hound them & hound them even more for them to train you right. I held my ASM “Trainee” tag for 6 months before I even got my official ASM Tag. And even then the training was sloppy & inconsistent. The job gets boring easily. Not many people last a week there when starting out.
