Being part of the Kidney Heroes is the core of what we do and it doesn't go unnoticed. Second, the work-life balance aspect is extremely important to us and it's amazing to see the impact in your pros. Being a start up does come with lots of changes, but we're excited the have you on this journey!

Company is very unorganized and has a lot of legal issues going on for it to be a new company. People in entry positions are treated like they don’t manner. Entry level staff put in all the work but don’t get bonuses. It's all about metrics and numbers like any other company. There is no room for growth. No matter your position you will be required to make calls to patients to either enroll them in Strives program or do surveys which was not mentioned in the interview. They are several people in upper management is is clueless about kidney care.
