flexible schedule, decent pay and pay frequency

Cons

Iffy office practices, gaslighting patients and ignoring preferences of clients to make use of nursing staff with low work standards just because they are available.

My local team was great

Cons

They lie about bonuses. Unlimited PTO is only for upper management. Micromanaging does not even begin to cover it. They have you put Strive apps on your phone, which allow them to trace your location at any time. They recently fired an entire division with no notice (just went in one day and fired everyone). CEO cries on every single TEAMS call. They will promise opportunities to advance, then hire from outside every time (then gaslight you by saying they never talked to you about the new position). This place gave me ulcers. It used to be a great place to work, but they’ve tried to grow too fast and have not lived up to their promises.
