      Pros

      I love being a part of the StrongMind team. Everyone truly loves what they do, the impact their making, and the environment they're in. Everyone encourages each other to do their best, not through reprimand, but through grace, kindness, and support. Leadership does a great job at recognizing their employees and understands that you do actually have a life outside of work. Everyone is creative, cares about one another, and lifts each other up.

      Cons

      The biggest con for me is that there can be a lack of clarity when it comes to ownership. There have been things I feel I should have been involved in but wasn't. And there have been times where I don't know who to go to for things. That being said, leadership is aware that this is already an issue and they're taking action to solve it.

      Pros

      My time with StrongMind has been incredible to say the least. It's a privilege to work with a team who cares about what they do and who it's for, who works hard and plays hard, and who values and respects each team member no matter their title or status. Their values are of the utmost importance - meetings and emails are all formatted around these values and it is shown through action that they take it seriously. I feel known and seen not just by my boss, but also by upper management/executives which I find so unique. Company culture is great, and they value work-life balance. I really just can't say enough good about this company and who works for them!

      Pros

      Great “in the trenches feeling” Fantastic camaraderie Managers are VERY understanding when it comes to taking time off

      Cons

      The company might sell products to a variety of customers but their bread and butter is purely reliant upon the “single/primary” online school it supports. So unfortunately when Primavera gets rocky so does StrongMind.
