Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience and feedback. We’re really glad to hear you valued the flexibility of remote teaching. It is something we’re proud to now offer because we know it helps teachers balance life and work in meaningful ways. We also appreciate your insight about teacher-to-student ratios. Supporting teachers so they have the time and space to connect one-on-one with students is important to us. We’re continuing to explore ways to enhance instructional support, streamline technology, and ensure our educators have the tools they need to make the greatest impact! Thank you for the impact you made during your time with StrongMind. We wish you the very best in your journey ahead! Noelle Creamer Chief People Officer

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with StrongMind. I'm glad to hear that you found it to be a supportive place to start your career and that you valued the people you worked with. Our team is truly what makes us special. I also understand your concerns about career growth and compensation. Over the last year, we’ve made intentional changes to create clearer paths for development, and this continues to be an area of ongoing refinement for us. We’re actively reworking our performance review process and creating more opportunities for recognition and advancement so that our teams can see a clearer connection between their contributions and their growth. The layoff you mentioned was the first in our company’s long history, and it was a super difficult moment for all of us. We don’t anticipate any further layoffs though. We are focused on strengthening our long-term stability and creating more opportunities for our team members. Please know how much we appreciate your contributions during your time with us and wish you the very best in your career journey! 💚 Noelle Creamer, CPO

Pros

The culture is truly positive and uplifting. Colleagues across the company are amazing, not just my direct team but everyone I’ve interacted with. Leadership is genuinely supportive, especially during challenging times. The sense of collaboration and encouragement makes it a great place to grow both personally and professionally.

Cons

Honestly, very few. Like any company, there are challenges, but the strong culture and supportive leadership make it easier to navigate them.
