1. Free Lunch 2. Flexi hours 3. in gurgaon

Cons

1. Back Biting 2. No skilled managers 3. No good technical work 4. Not a good place to learn and drive your career 5. Lack of good technical people. you wont see a single there :) If you have offer from stryker think twice about it before joining , do consider other options. Groupism , politics etc are core integrals of stryker gurgaon. company has no future , no business in coming years. US stryker is pulling back all the projects. go for the start ups but try not to join stryker.
