The company values their employees by offering hybrid working, state of the art gym to work out during day, a nice cafeteria at reasonable prices and food to suit anyone's palate and let's not forget our on campus Starbucks and enough coffee bars throughout the building to aid in the caffeine fix.

Cons

Leadership is a little out of touch with employees and how many hours people are working.

It’s been a few years since I left Stryker, but reflecting back it was an incredible place and team to work for. The CIO, Bijoy Sagar at the time was a change leader that helped transform both IT and the business. His strategic mindset helped to grow Stryker and all IT associates on the technology front preparing us for the digital age.

Cons

Everyone is driven to deliver their best and this sometimes led to long days.
