Good benefits but a toxic culture

Business Outlook

Pros

Diverse workforce, competitive salary package including private health insurance, annual bonus, and private pension. Facilities are modern, clean, and well maintained.

Cons

Long working hours expected due to US time zone, without additional compensation or recognition. Culture can feel inauthentic, with superficial relationships built around performance reviews. Extremely competitive environment often leads to a toxic atmosphere.

Cons

Routine systems like HR, IT/IS, purchasing are not what you would expect for such a large company, and lead to a lot of frustrating down-time Pay is low-middle compared to competition
