Pros

There are many reasons to work for stryker, great people, great working conditions, great products, a lot of benefits

Cons

1. The salaries are not competittive 2. They only hire highly driven people to want to advance in their carrer but there are not enough opportunities in the company for everybody to advance so many good people end up leaving. 3. Not all the teams and all the departments are ruled by the same rulebook so depending where you are you may have a very different experience.

Great people, great management, great culture of integrity and work life balance and constant cross-continental collaborations between teams, regions and countries.

Cons

A work in progress on changing controversial Medtech practices across the world. if your team is small and your boss is in another country, you sometimes feel alone - but, people always reach out.
