      Solid company but quality takes a back seat

      Pros

      Good exposure to formal design controls and quality system Lots of projects going on Young people get a lot of responsibility

      Cons

      It is often more important to meet deadlines than to focus on product quality Smaller divisions are stretched thin both geographically and resources Sometimes poor decisions are made due to inexperience, downside of giving young people a lot of responsibility High turnover since people are generally overworked

      Stryker believes in the capability of its employees and gives them full freedom to do their job. It never hesitates to provide you any tool or training needed to execute your project. Also, the working hours are quite flexible.

      Cons

      Ratings are given as per Bell curve. So one might get low rating even after performing at par with other team mates.
