In your daily work you are given a lot of autonomy and responsibility from the get go, all while having the support of your team, your division, and the overall organization. There are infinite ways to grow and to move throughout the organization. If you want something and work hard for it, you'll get it.
Cons
Our particular division, Neurovascular, is somewhat kept apart from the other divisions. It's sometimes hard to feel/say that you truly fall under the overall Stryker umbrella.
