Pros
The company has been growing really fast during the last 20 years, and that can be smelt in the air. A very young team totally engaged so the environment is comfortable, every day more and more people hired, conditions are fantastic and they leave you your space to manage your time and responsibilities.
Cons
On the other hand, being in constant grow imply many changes, which are being done positively, but still some important things to accelerate and update. I still see a lack of Information Technologies for a >10B$ company.
