Pros

Provides a service that helps people gives people better quality of life. It's a well known and successful company that anyone would be proud to be a part of. Upper management are amazing people to work for/with. Always something new to learn.

Cons

Some employees hired for support are not properly trained to do their jobs (or do not care enough). Can be too competitive, to the point of sabotage. Some departments use the gallup to measure up potential employees, I do not believe this is an accurate indicator of potential ability. Management needs to know when to cut their losses when an employee is not measuring up.

Pros

Good benefit, great 401k plan, you don't have to work a lot if you don"t want to. So if you just want to chill and wait for your retirement, this is a great company.

Cons

1. This company encourages you to do what you are good at. If you are good at doing your work, you get piled up with more works. If you are good at slacking, then you will get promoted to be a manager, so you can do more of "not working". 2. The company is full of type A personalities. Everyone wants to boss other people around, everyone wants to have an opinion on everything, however no one wants to make a decision. 3. Turn over is high because young talents don't get recognized.

The people you work with are the best! The culture is all about getting results. If you're looking for a challenging place to work where you can make an impact, this is it.

Cons

Senior management is disconnected with current realities of their markets. No vision beyond the next end of month. Too much focus on monthly results instead of building for the future. No idea of how to handle acquisitions. Profile-based hiring practice screens out many potential candidates.
