      There's more possibilities for a career growth since the company is continuously growing.

      Cons

      As the company is continuously growing, systems and processes change for time to time whenever the management thinks it's needed. Everyone needs to quickly adapt when implemented and it would sometimes cause so much trouble on our work flow.

We understand that changing processes can be challenging and can upset work flow, however given our recent expansion and the movement of EZ Concept into the newly expanded factory, there has been a definite need for reviewing our processes in order to achieve efficiencies. Management and the Operations team is fully committed to making sure we have the best processes and procedures in place to achieve success and make your job easier! We appreciate the team's support while we review and improve these processes and assure you it is going to help achieve great success in 2020. Please don't hesitate to ask your manager or supervisor if you feel you need better documentation or clarification on any processes!

      I learned logistical training here.

      Cons

      The reason this company is going down is that they don't appreciate the hard work of the employees. No matter how hard you work, how many hours you put in a week, and how much personal time you sacrifice for the job, they give you laughable raise. I am disappointed with the amount they increased.

      Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you didn't feel you were paid fairly and that your hard work was not appreciated. We feel we have a very robust performance management system and encourage our managers and supervisors to use this program to document the performance of their team so we can recognize them properly for their efforts during annual reviews. We also advise any staff who feel they should be earning more to seek out feedback as to what the expectation and responsibilities are for earning higher pay.
