Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We do recognize that we have had a challenge finding skilled workers to operate our machines. This is a challenge that a lot of manufacturing plants are facing at this time. Our goal is always to find skilled workers, but due to the unique nature of our roll forming business, we also offer opportunities for candidates to begin their manufacturing career with us with entry level positions. We recognize this strategy poses unique challenges to the rest of the team, which is why we are working on training and educating the new team members we have to get them up to speed as quickly as possible! Studco prides itself on being an early adopter of systems and programs to improve our workflow and business operations,. Sometimes however this can present challenges with making sure all team members feel up to speed and properly trained. We are a fast paced and hands on organization and for some individuals who require more thorough instruction and training, quickly adapting to a new system and adjusting an existing process to fit this can be a challenge. We appreciate the feedback and are committed to continuously looking at our training programs to make sure current and future staff feel properly positioned to take advantage of our great systems and technology to improve their workload, not make it more difficult.
