We are currently extremely focused on growing our inside sales support team to help drive the business forward. We do feel we provide good support and on the job training, however this is definitely an environment where employees must have their own passion and drive to succeed as well. It is not an ideal role for more complacent sales people not committed to the bigger picture. We are invested in our products and the continued innovation and development of our brand and business and this is reflected in both our recruiting and onboarding process. Thank you for your feedback. We do try to help our employees maintain a good work life balance and encourage them to use their vacation and PTO. As you probably found when working here, our business hours are 7:30am-4:30pm most of our office team does normally wrap up for the day around 4:30pm. However we understand that sometimes the demands can be high, especially as we have navigated the unique challenges of the last year.
