Pros

You learn how the building material industry works.

Cons

The management fails to keep people informed of what changes are coming in the future. It might lead to certain inconveniences for people who want to do their job right and don't want to stay out of the loop.

Pros

People are nice that is it

Cons

The job pays 18.50 an hour, but if you were a “smart” person I wouldn’t apply here. There is no training do to it being a revolving door company. In the interview process they completely miss inform you about the job title even after you ask great questions. Also how can you possibly be backed up on 367 ORDERS, with only 5 people working in the sales department.

Thanks for your feedback , we're sorry to hear you felt this way about your experience with Studco. We are currently extremely focused on growing our inside sales support team to help drive the business forward. We do feel we provide good support and on the job training, however this is definitely an environment where employees must have their own passion and drive to succeed as well. It is not an ideal role for more complacent sales people not committed to the bigger picture. We are invested in our products and the continued innovation and development of our brand and business and this is reflected in both our recruiting and onboarding process. We are sorry this wasn't the right fit for you personally but wish you the best of luck in finding an opportunity that better suits your strengths.

Will test your professional limits

Pros

I enjoy taking on chanllenges but only when there's still balance in work and personal life

Cons

This company will test your professional limits by giving you too much problems to solve. Though it sounds like it would do you something good, it actually doesn't. You don't get the work-life balance you need to be able to do more for your job.

Thank you for your feedback. We do try to help our employees maintain a good work life balance and encourage them to use their vacation and PTO. As you probably found when working here, our business hours are 7:30am-4:30pm most of our office team does normally wrap up for the day around 4:30pm. However we understand that sometimes the demands can be high, especially as we have navigated the unique challenges of the last year. We appreciate your feedback and thank you for your service to Studco!
