We also take into strong consideration all feedback from our Operations staff that are involved in our monthly Improvement Council Meetings. I want my last paycheck. Its been 2 weeks

When you leave this company they refuse to give your last paycheck and lie about mailing it. The owners/supervisors are con artists. Company is a joke.

Thank you for your comments. It is our company policy that at the time of separation final checks are cut the following week for your last week worked and then mailed to the home address on file for every employee. This is also communicated to every individual upon termination/resignation by your direct supervisor and/or HR personnel. If there is an issue with the receipt of your final check please feel free to contact us to discuss further so we can resolve this issue.

Pros

This is a smaller company but a growing company with an amazing group of innovative people. Upper management is always willing to hear new thoughts and ideas from staff and that is why this company will continue to be successful in my opinion. The Studco workplace is very modern and upscale looking. You will wear many hats at Studco as it relies on its employees to do things that can be outside of your normal functions. I put this as a positive because this allows you to learn new things which can only help an individual's career. I enjoyed my time at Studco and the only reason I chose to leave was due to an opportunity that allowed me to be home more or I would still be there!

Cons

As I noted above, Studco is a growing company which means that things change often as the company continues to grow and learn. This requires a person to be able to adapt to new changes and be able to function and get things done promptly in a fast paced environment. This can be a "con" for certain personalities.
