A great cause that brings professional quality visual artists into public schools to teach. Good environment with decent benefits - health coverage and vacation days. Room for growth.

Cons

Starting pay was not the greatest.

The mission of the organization

Cons

Coordinators make $33,000 which is hardly sustainable for New York City. No room to grow. Very small full time staff for such a large organization.
