      It's cool working with something so innovative.

      Cons

      This is a company where the employees have no idea what the higher ups are doing. Decisions are made that then forced on employees regardless of the impact to them. People have salaries cut, main offices are moved, work from home revoked without notice, and even benefits are changed with no notice.

      They are slowly taking more from the employees and expecting more effort. Continue to hire people with the same thought process, so problems in departments never change.
