      Pros

      Some of the people are good to work with. The pay and benefits are good.

      Cons

      Poorly managed Too many politics Constantly put down in your work No encouragement from management No training on how to do your job Human Resources is not really a department, more like a suggestion. The pay is tempting however you are just a number and will be treated as such. Don’t work here.
