      Pros

      If you are staff there's a lot of flexibility in hours. Not a lot of micromanagement going on. Very informal and laid back.

      Cons

      At times it's too laid back and almost no structures. The company is run by good 'ol boys and they protect their inner circles and those are the ones that will get promoted. If you're able to get inside the circle then life is pretty good.
